My advice. Don't care that you're saying fuck. After a while you'll realise that there isn't much of an actual big deal to a 4 letter word, and you'll use it much less often because of that.

I was asked to do the MSN thing, I hate to rag an old saying to death, however there just aren't enough hours in a day.

As it is, my day starts as you might remember at around 5:30 AM and ends around 8 PM and that's only because it's too dark to work out there.
