I had never heard of this snack before until Christmas time. Someone had made some at work and I tried it.......soooo good and I couldnt keep my hands outta the bowl. So I got the recipe and tried it. My kids loved it too. We made 2 batches of it.

You will need:
6 cups Crispix cereal
1/2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cups butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Melt peanut butter, butter, and the chocolate chips together in themicrowave or on the stove. Melt until the 3 ingredients are smooth. After the melting, put the cereal in a large bowl, and pour the mixture ontop of the cereal. Next stir the cereal and the mixture carefully so that the Crispix cereal is wellcovered with the mixture.
Put the powdered sugar in a large plastic bag. Add the cereal mixture in and zip the bag closed tightly.Shake well until the cereal mixture is covered and well coated. Serve as a snack and enjoy!

i make this every Christmas! it's always popular. seems like i can never make enough. i made so much of it last year, i decided to use store brand ingredients for everything but the chocolate to keep the cost down. no one noticed the difference. if they did, they didn't say. i still ran out.
