My First Time...

Painting!!

I am doing art at school, and it's my first ever time doing it.. So.. I don't think I did to bad considering.. That part with my name was experimenting with wax, salt and metho.. The salt gave the spotty effect, the wax gave the matilde effect and the metho gave the splodgy looking effect.


This was supposed to be a duck... It turned out to be a peacock.. that looked like a duck lol



This was supposed to look like an eye in a magazine, but doesn't. It was quite shotty.. But it still was better then I thought I could do.


Anyone, feedback? I like constructive criticism, unless I don't like what you're telling me ;P

2 words...Bloody brilliant! You should be really proud of yourself....I used to do quite alot of art work, water colour and pencil/charcoal..and i used to find that difficult to master ...this is very impressive with the materials you have used.

I thought they were quite terrible, but for a first time ever holding a paint brush I didn't do to bad! Specially considering they are water paints and are extremely hard to use lol

Okay. I'll buy it at some point when I know I have money. I still need to survive and I'm moving into a new place September so I don't know what my funds will look like. The joys of moving to a new province...

looking good one tip I can give is to learn to write in paint, it helps brush control brilliantly
