Orange Julius

Do you guys remember a drink called Orange Julius, a little drink chain called Orange Julius. I remember we had one here in the mall and that drink was so good!
I got a recipe for it from someone the other night and finally made it this evening, so good! And so simple to make!
All you need is:

1 cup of orange juice
1 cup of water
2 eggs
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 heaping cup of ice

Combine all the ingriedents together in the blender, set on high speed for exactly 1 minute.......and there you have it!

I don't remember the eggs part... I remember the orange juice, ice, vanilla extract, and sugar though. Those were so good. I remember making julius with my breakfast pizza one morning.

I know, I thought the same thing too! But you cant even tell when you drink it, when you try it and see how good it tastes, you actually dont even think about raw eggs being in it.

I think it's a mental thing w/ me. I have to have my scrambled eggs scrambled HARD. They have to have a little brown to them, actually...if they don't, I get sick and stay that way ALL DAY.

So thats why my husband was gassy all night last night! I didnt even think about the eggs making him that way! And I kept asking him what he ate all day at work :24:
