haha it doesn't matter what it was prescribed as for you, it's still an anti depressant. :)

I usually don't have a problem with that but I know of it from the few times it's happened, usually cause I was engrossed in something that kept my mind active preceding the time that needed to prepare for sleep. And I got to admit it's a bitch when you want to sleep and just can't------>and trying to force yourself normally to sleep just don't cut it either because the more you try to do so is the harder it becomes. The mind is just too busy with all sort of things at the time.

So yeah, I could well understand the need for help. Especially too when one suffers from anxiety disorders or similar. It's like the mind is on overdrive. So the medication helps to create the necessary balance. But really, you have to be careful about the mixing and dosage.

You are so right, that mix wasnt a very smart one, but honestly I really just needed to knock out.
I wanted to take advantage of the fact that my husband was waking up with the baby and taking him out early this morning.
my disorder fucks with my sleep, im lucky if I get 5 straight hours i wake up a lot and have trouble getting back to sleep, its been like this for almost 5 years, thats whay I take the lorazepam, but since i had my son, i had to be careful cuz if i took it i wouldnt hear him cry at night, so this was a super treat.:)
