Here in TORONTO/ONTARIO we see boobs and soft core porn thursdays and fridays on a few LOCAL AND CABLE channels (after 11 or 12)

Anyway... ok, so CBS shows some tits at 8 pm when the whole family is around the room. Where's it stop then? vaginas? dicks? softcore porn? Hardcore porn. There are things that children need to be censored from to a certain age. Showing your 7-8 year old a show with boobs in a sexual manner just isn't really what a small child needs to see.
With that said, I grew up even without basic cable so I always spent the night at my friends houses and we'd watch the channels we weren't supposed to watch.

I absolutely agree w/ Grace that sex is very special and it IS a big deal. I've never been one for casual sex but I do think that sometimes needs have to be met. 
The only thing I can say is that if you're into casual sex I hope you're into SAFE sex...b/c there ain't no piece out there good enough to die for.
As for boobs on TV, it's true that we don't see them on regular cable here...only on stuff like HBO and Cinemax. You can see bare asses after 10 PM (and it was a huge deal when NYPD Blue did that) but that's about it except for an occasional nipple slip on wrestling or something like that. *shrugs* I agree that we need to embrace some viewpoints of other countries and realize that boobs are good.
