The yellow one is a rare version of the ZX2.

ZX2 is the remake of the Escort GT

The ZX2 S/R is a sportier version of the ZX2. They only made the S/R in 3 different colors. (Yellow, black, red) They only made 1000 cars in S/R that are yellow.
