I'm finally breaking down and going to get an eye exam. I can't see so well at night, things get blurry and fuzzy-- same thing if I look at the computer screen too long. Last time I went for an exam, they told me my eye was lazy-- those bastards, my eye works hard.. 'tis OK if it wants to take a break every now and then...



So yeah, I'm gonna go tomorrow... I'm scared of the eye puffer thingymabob:smiley24:

The last time I went to get my eyes checked I blinked when they did that. It's so hard to just sit there and let it happen. AND when the doctor gets all up in your face checking your eyeball vessels and stuff I can't help but laugh.

I would MUCH rather go to the eye dr then to the dentist, any day.

I don't mind the dentist at all, actually. I have a pretty good pain tolerance for dental work. The shots in the roof of the mouth that everybody says hurt SO bad...yeah, they pinch, but I don't think they're that bad. *shrugs*

So I survived the eye puffer... My left eye is pretty good... my right one has a stigmatism and its lazy... so my glasses should be here in 5-7 business days..

oh yes... Im naturally that curly... I do 50/50 straight/curly... depends on how long I have to fix my hair in the AM

LOL, I hear ya. There isn't much to do w/ my hair...but the amount of time I have to get ready for work determines if I wear full make-up, just base/eyeshadow/lipstick, just base, or no make-up at all. LOL

On top of having crutches and having this problem with leg, I had to see the eye specialist last week - he said he can't see anything wrong, but I asked why i can't see so well out of my left eye then and he just shrugged his shoulders at me, so I am none the wiser - he wasn't too pleasant either.

The puffer thing's nothing Heather. It lasts just a second and is not painful at all. It's to test the pressure that's all.

Nah, I have to wear glasses too, you just never see me in them because I only need them when I'm sober, the blurry eye most people get when drunk actually makes me see normally!

i rarely wear my glasses, usually i stick with the contacts. they look good though heather!
