So, I've been eating chicken salad sandwiches from chik fil a a LOT lately. It's all I want! The chicken salad is SO good but they just throw it on regular old bread, nothing special. So here is my idea...I want to go up there and see if I can negotiate with them...and get them to sell me a huge tub of the chicken salad! I can make my own damn sammiches! LOL. Am I crazy? Do yall think they will do it for me? I can give them a few days to get it together, but Chick Fil A is usually really cool and has great customer service, so i really don't see why they wouldn't, especially if I paid well!

lol I used to work in a restaurant as the manager for about 7 yrs... and everynow and then we'd get people coming in and asking if I could order them a certain product, and sell it to them, so a big place like chick fil a should have no problem on doing that.

There is no reason why they should say no to your request!

from your sig im guessing its prego munchies eh? at least it is not something gross... My wife had the prego munchies for BIG MAC sauce :barf:

Absolutely, they will. I used to work at Chick-fil-a...they'll do just about anything to keep their customers happy!!! ;) I know we used to sale (wow, I typed "cell" at first...glad I caught that!!!) containers of chicken salad and I'm pretty sure there was a large container you could buy, but I don't remember the size or price.

...plus that was over 10 years ago and I'm sure the prices have changed by now. LOL!!! The chicken sandwich, back then, was $2.37 w/ tax and 2 chicken sandwiches were $4.73...I remember that. LOL
 
I'd say it won't hurt to ask. I'm pretty much under the impression that if a customer has cash in their hand, a business will do what it takes to get you to give it to them.
 
Yeah, go for it Clare - they can only say no, but from the above posts, they do seem more ammeanable to customers over there than they are here.

I asked if I could buy a load of veggie patties in Subway once, just them on their own - they wouldn't sell me one, let alone many.

I wasn't pregnant but just like those veggie patties.

Hope they will sell you it. :)

Chick-fil-a is well known for it's customer service around these parts. :)
 
woot! i went and got a quart! turns out they DO sell it in large quantities, its just not listed on the drive thru menu! It was only $13.50 for the quart, which is probably 10-12 sammiches worth of chicken salad! I know what im gonna be eating for the rest of the week! :D

And natasha...call me crazy...but one of my requirements for where i was going to move was that there be a chick fila within 5 miles. I have ALWAYS lived at least 10 miles away from one and it's always been a pain in the ass to go there...so im glad that there is one just up the road from our house here. I eat there probably 2 times a week at least. And it's not bad for you either...they have yummy healthy stuff there :D

Girl, I'm totally w/ you...even though I worked there for 2 years and got free food all the time, I would still eat there on my days off. I loooooooooove Chick-fil-a. It's such a shame that they're not all over the U.S.!!!
