I love my car(2001 Ford Explorer), but the fucker eats gas like it's going out of style! Just put $40 in it yesterday, barely did anything. I got maybe 10 gallons out of that $40.

Yeah I'm in the same boat.. I got a 2003 Toyota 4Runner.. That V8 drinks like a fish

I was thinking of getting a Ranger, but I hang out with my friends a good deal, so that was definately too small of a truck(Although I really liked it. Test drove a 2009 Ranger with only 25 miles on it, loved it!). The Ranger wasn't too bad on gas milage either, it got 24 miles per gallon, as opposed to my 17. But other than the gas issue, I'm pretty happy with the Explorer.

I would'nt be surprised if it got to $3.74 by the end of this week. It's $3.31 out here, and it was just $3.21 on Saturday!

No I'm in NC....near the coast.


Back when I started driving I would get gas on the base (parents were in the military) and it was only $0.59 a gallon!! I miss those days!

Yeah I used to get gas at Fort Myer Marine Barracks. Tax free gas rocks!

Hells yeah! Everyone off-base was paying like 85 cents a gallon. Noice! Now I go on-base and pay the same, if not MORE than everyone off-base!
