It is against the law to dispose of a fetus. But shes also a minor.... things are different for minors in this country when it comes to certain matters.
You are absolutely right. All I'm saying is that they should cut her a little slack. I mean...I'm 27 years old, and even I would be wicked rattled if I went to go to the bathroom and delivered my stillborn child, that up until that second, I had no idea existed. Not the best idea to toss her in the garbage, but again, she must not have been in her right mind...

I think it's a tradgedy, basically a total failing of the perental oversight in this country.
We don't want the schools to teach our young about sex, and the parents, hell they don't want to either. They want the "OC" to teach our youth about sex and relationships.
As a parent I ma heartbroken about the scarlet letter this girl is going to have on her chest.

Yeah I'm 27 also. And same, if I gave birth to a still-born like I'd freak.. (apart from being male and giving birth)

Parents just want their kids to be fucking abstinent and not actually talk to their child about sex. Have you seen these gay commercial that 4parents.gov are airing on TV?
IMO it is very ahrd to talk to your children about these types of things..
Some parents and their children aren't very close and they don't know how to help it..
Lucky for my Mum and me, we are extremely close, she is my bestfriend, and we are comfy talking about these things together as mucha s I pretend to be stupid when she does!
