I'm afraid of my brother....

Ya well my main family is just me my mom and my bro, the rest have moved on. My mom works to full time jobs to support us so monday-thursday she doesnt come home tell 9-12 and there is no way I can go to my friends house that late, cuz I have no ride, and my mom is to tired to go pick me up.

I'd rather not go into my room and lock the door because my brother doesn't ever leave my house! He is always on his computer and I can't move my computer to my room because my mom says it isn't safe (I'll be dum and tell some guy to come have sex with me or some dum crap) I also don't have cable in my room so all I could do is read. Plus I have to keep the house clean, which includes taking after my dogs, cats, and ferrets.... so that wouldn't work either.

Ya, but she thinks I am over reacting because the first time it happened I tried to call my mom and she didnt answer so I called my sister, and she told me to just stay locked up in the bathroom and I's be fine. She then proceeded to call my brother and tell him that I was overreacting and he was going to get into big trouble with mom but she would call her and tell her that it wasn't as bad as I said. I know this cuz I listened on the other end of the house phone.

So when I tried to tell my mom a while ago she bassicly did nothing, and she even knows that my brother has anger problems, he used to go to an anger managment place too! No one believes me and it's really annoying cuz I am the one that has straight A's, I'm the volunteer, yet no one thinks I'm credible, they look at my brother and believe him with his F's and D's and low citizenship and they always believe him... it's just frustrating.

Take him for walks when ever you can..

Maybe invite a friend over for most of the day, till it gets kinda late and go to bed straight after..

I'm only fourteen, my mom isn't afraid of my brother, because he tries to act all responsible and stuff all the time, that's why they beleive him more. I don't have anywhere else to go, I mean it's the middle of winter, and no one if my family believes me, what am I supposed to do?
 
Little bit of advise my father told me when i was younger, If you ever give money or family gets their hands on your money never expect it back, hes your brother and i doubt hes going to kill you.... Let it slide and one day when you least expect it you will get that money back.... people gotta grow up sometime

Take your homework with you on yoru walks and do it in a nice peaceful place, it works for me if I am stressed out.. And you can do your cleaning, try do it quickly and then it's over and done with..


I know it's hard but it will end one day, he will get bored of it and he will grow up..
 
It's not like who only hits me he like to humiliate me too. The other day I had two of my guy friends over cuz we were working on a project. He came up behind me and pulled on my hair as hard as he could, and wouldn't let go. He just started saying type, so after refusing for a minute I just pressed a key on the keyboard and said "Type!" and with a smug look on his face he let go and walked away.... It was really embarrassing... it just seemed like he had all the control, ya no?

You definitely need to get through to someone...if he does this to you now, it'll be someone else later...

If your parents are refusing to help you then perhaps it is time you tell a counselor at school or something like that.
