Ok, soo how many other people are there, that can't seem to go to sleep. I am just looking for someone or something interesting, to read or chat with. I just came out of a 4 year relationship, and am having some trouble sleeping. Anyone else experiencing these types of problems? Someone respond to this thread please before I start feeling even more alone, hahaha

The best what to cure insomnia is to try and not look at anything too bright :) Like a T.V or a screen. Read a book. Though having said that it's easier said than done... that's going to sleep, not the reading a book bit. I'm going to stop typing now.

Last time that I tried to read a book at home, with my T.V. or comp. close to me, umm I think the electronics won. But its not really insomnia, its just me racking my brain. Well I am in CST, what is the time difference, 7 hours?

7 weeks! eep! That sounds like fun, I have probably 10 friends that have had or going to have kids within 6 months time. Soo I feel blessed in many ways that I didn't start a family with the woman that I was with for the last 6 years or so. And are you in the UK?

Nope, I'm in Florida. Which, believe it or not, isn't very sunny at 6am...

My neighbor is from (sp?) Sarasota, FL you anywhere near there? In fact earlier today we were talking about where we would live, and I think hands down, southern Florida would have to be my spot.

My parents live about 30 minutes south of Sarasota, I live in NE Florida (by Jacksonville).

I don't like south Florida much. On one side, there's nothing but Cubans. On the other side, there's nothing but old people. And in the middle is a bunch of swamp.

That's cool. Well, I used to go to the keys every year for 2 weeks to get away and I loved it, we always stayed in Marathon, and drove down from Miami, but anything outside southern FL would have to Cocoa Beach mabey, I dunno.
