We may have found a house!

I am hoping and praying that we get approved! We put in our application today and the price is just awesome (1150/mo). It's a 3 bedroom house with berber carpet and it's pretty new...has a nice backyard and nice appliances. It's small, only like 1650 square feet, but that's all we really need, it is very cozy and the master bedroom and bathroom are big. If we get approved on it we will sign tomorrow and my worries will be over! If not then tomorrow we need to really hit the ground running and start calling on all the rental houses we see! expensive??? its actually really cheap...its a rental price not an own price. Most houses like that for rent around here are at least $1400 a month!

well... WE GOT THE HOUSE!!!!! I have been gone all day dealing with that stuff, but I was SHOCKED that we got it! Apparently my husband has GOOD credit now...that was very surprising seeing as though he has had a car repo'd. Maybe it has rolled off the end of his credit already. We got the keys and paid the deposit and first months rent, it was between us and another guy, and the deciding factor for the landlord was who could move in quicker, so we are paying for 2 extra weeks even though we aren't moving in for another week. Oh well...I am so freaking excited that we got it!!! My dad is going to go paint the walls and make it look really nice...I am tired of white walls!
