Got into trouble at work today

In the 7 years that I have worked at the sheriffs office.. I JUST now got complained on. Apparently, I was rude to this man... He wouldnt GO to the door and talk to the deputy.. So he complained on me to my supervisor.. Ive never had a complaint.. Sucks. (he's just mad because his son had an open warrant and thats who we were there for..haha)

I actually had a client make a special call into my office so that he could complain over my calling him Sir.

I'll usually say Howdy, sir. Or "have a good day sir" etc... and he fucking called in to complain about it...

Thats what I get for trying to be polite and courteous I guess.
