so quiet

So, everyone's off watching a bunch of big girls run around in body armour, pretending to play rugby then?????;)

Yep!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been desserted, although, it is only about 5.30pm there or 4.30pm for others, so it may be that some of them will be here later, after their dinner - trouble is, after me being here til very early hours of the morning, I don't think I can stay awake much longer anyway now. :(

I was out for a nice, healthy bike ride at the beginning of November! Unfortunately hit a rock/stump in the leaves, buckled my front wheel and took a really short flying lesson straight into a totally random piece of tarmac. The result? One dislocated shoulder and chipped humourus - not fun!!!
The bone's healled now, but the muscle and ligament damage is still giving me problems.
Hey Ho!!!

Deb should be back now - probably in bed at a guess!!!

Ouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuch!!! :eek I came off my bike (when I did cycle that is), but never hurt myself - no idea how I managed to escape it, but I did.

Oh, so physio - is it helping?

Awww, bless her - yeah, thought she was maybe being a bit optimistic about saying she'll get changed when home and be here - she must be shattered. Tell her I said hi, if you speak to her before she is back here. :) ;)

Physios helping, but hurts like a big hurty thing!! A very nice young lady named Emma tries to rip my arm off once a week!!!!!

Debs got to be shattered after the weekend, don't forget it snowed friday night, and that's never fun if you're out in it 24 hours a day!
