Ive been eating so much junk food the last few days its terrible, Im going to gain back the 10 pounds Ive lost


It's okay to do it once in awhile. Audra, look at it this way. You can lose 10 pounds easy. Just run everyday 2-3 miles for 4-5 days straight, and make sure you don't eat over 1200 cals a day in that time, and you'll lose 10 or more pounds. On the other hand, you only live once. :D
