It was great. Nice and crispy like I like it. Dang corned beef is getting so darned expensive anymore and hard to find. Finally found a place the other week that had Hormel brand and bought 4 cans @$5 each. That used to be a quick cheap meal but now it cost us $8 just for the ingredients. Have enough left for Saturday breakfast!!

I hear you. For many months nobody had it at all. I grabbed what i could when I found it. Don't buy the stuff at Aldis. It is like spam and yucky. I love spam but that stuff was so bad I fed it to the dogs.
