My take on a sandwich I had Tuesday night which I subbed shrooms for tomato and replaced the Brie with Gouda. Pesto Gouda spinach and mushrooms on multigrain ciabatta.

That's very nice of them to do. :) Well deserved.

They're really good to us. They do it for 3 days every year, usually in May. They give us an entree, a side of queso, and a drink. What's really shitty, though, is that I sent $5 to go in their tip jar and the rest of my shift gave enough so that they got about $20 in tips off of us and they said that we're one of the only ones to tip them. How embarrassing for our profession. :mad

I hate when that happens, I always make sure I over-tip at something like that, but sadly so many don't consider the ones busting their asses to serve. Good on ya for thinking of them.
