Whats for dinner tonight?

I had half of my steak, a few bites of my baked sweet potato, and a side salad w/ ranch dressing at Logans.

Picked up a sub from Subway on the way home earlier.

Footlong on Italian herbs and cheese bread (yum). Chicken, bacon, American cheese--toasted. With lettuce, tomato, LOTS and LOTS of pickles, a few banana peppers and ranch. YUM!

Since the wind died down I will grill smoked pork chops and make some home made beets. Pick some dandelion greens as a start for a salad and throw in whatever else I can find. Hens are laying good so maybe some hard boiled eggs to top the salad.

I've never had turkey pepperoni before. I don't really like normal pepperoni because it makes me feel gross and gives me heartburn. This healthier alternative would probably solve that problem for me. I definitely need to try that some time.

Turkey pepperoni, IMO, is tastier than regular pepperoni...but maybe I'm just used to it.

Turkey pepperoni, IMO, is tastier than regular pepperoni...but maybe I'm just used to it.

Turkey pepperoni is amazing. I really prefer the less greasy taste.
