Whats for dinner tonight?

We had steak with sweet balsamic sauce and oven roasted parmesan potatoes.

I had a side salad and 2 breadsticks w/ marinara sauce. Yeah...not a proper dinner, I know. :24:

I so cheated...I had battered fish with peas and a bean salad.

I broke down and cooked after all... 6 egg omelet with smoked turkey chunks, onion, sweet peppers , little chili pepper and of course cheese.

the plan was chicken fried steak, steak fries, gravy, brocoli and salad, what happened was pizza. and i just had 5 black pepper and olive oil with cheddar cheese for a snack. Missing my veggies tonight for sure.

I had a whole wheat lemon poppyseed pancake w/ sugar-free syrup and 2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese.

I worked the bar for a party, so I got a plate full of yummy party foods.

Tonight it's sausage casserole, potatoes and veg.

Ended up having grilled haddock, veg and bean salad. All detox friendly.
