I was on the vBulletin site and they were talking about why it doesn't show who left it. It's so you can feel free to give good and bad rep like a juror in a trial. It allows you to approve or not without having to answer for it.
It's funny, this is one of the few sites that is afraid to give negative rep, like it's the end of the world. I know that I will never please everyone, I know that there will be times that I say things that others don't like, but that's ok, I won't get bent out of shape if I get bad rep. Because I know that the majority of the rep I get will be good. It's the Ying and Yang of the site. The give and take...
