We did the simple, boxed Stroganoff and a salad from a bag. Think the hardest part of making this was actually going to the store to pick it up.

I'm having a ham and mustard sandwich with Baked BBQ chips. To top it off.... a tapioca pudding cup. Water to wash it all down with.
