I dont have a back yard and have to pick the dogs shit up and stick it in a poopbin. No law about cats shitting all over peoples garden though!

Why would someone care if a cat shits in a garden? Natural fertilizer. Think of it as a return on your investment, buy the cat, feed the cat, the cat shits in your garden and helps your veggies grow.
Not a natural fertilizer. Too much amonia. Kills the plants, if I'm not mistaken. :humm:
They care if your dog shits in the middle of nowhere though, before they even see if you're going to remove it!
because it's a public nuisance to be walking through the park and stepping on a pile of crap. I sure as hell don't want to do that.

All I did was flip the garbage bag with the litter in it inside out and dump it in the garbage, wash out the pan, put a new garbage bag in it, new litter, sprayed some febreze and washed my hands.
Took all of 5 minutes.
In the end, you can hate cats all you want, but with that, I will never be able to understand where you're coming from. It sounds like just excuses from never/barely ever being around cats.
My brother had two dogs and I loved them, except for the random barking at anything outside during my tv shows.
