i heard about it too that's terrible news.
This is really terrible. 
Its gonna be weird watching The Dark Knight knowing Heath's dead. Reminds me of how I felt watching The Crow the first time.
Just heard on the news that the police don't believe it's a suicide. I didn't think it was either..
I know I was at school looking up info on fabric .. and the yahoo home page poppe dup and it was on there .. I was shocked. Suicide or overdosed , how sad.

According to this news report his family is saying it was not a suicide but an accident.

They found non-prescription and prescription drugs near his body and there is an unconfirmed claim that he was sick with pneumonia when he died.

Yesterday's news article made it sound like pills were strewn everywhere around him in his room, which was not the case actually (go figure - not surprising from the media to exaggerate the story). There was a bottle of Diazapham (spelling is wrong) - accentually Valium and there was a bottle of Ambien (sleep aid). They think this was an accidental overdose more so than a suicide, but not totally conclusive as of yet.
R.I.P. So tragic.
