Beach bums all the way muh' dear!
You are refferring to the age of aquarius. Yeah I could see you just like that.
That may be the way you want to live...but you would like to still live with modern technology.
Actually.. If I could retire early, and didn't need to make money. I'd most probably travel for the rest of my life. And travel light.
You are so avoiding the obvious.
TECHMOLOGY!!
Please don't talk to me in such an offensive tone.
I feel the same about being born in the wrong time. The only difference is I wish I was born in 2286 instead of 1986 because I love technology....I've always felt I was born in the wrong era/generation/time.
I have two that are obsessively my favorites and really wish I was born in either of them!
1. The late 1800's. I'm talking Little House on the Prairie. Things were so simple back then. People relied on one another for entertainment, friendship, companionship, not gadgets and the internet. The bond of families were so strong. And seeing the evolution of the use of electricity and cars to name s few, would have been fascinating!
2. The mid-late 1960's. I'm a silly, hyper, outgoing person and the 60's were so socially accepting of one another. People just...had fun. Social misconceptions weren't as rampant. Superficiality didn't rule the world, as it does today.
I feel overwhelmed with modern technology. While I think modern gadgets, science and so on are fascinating, I could do without it all. I'd pbe perfectly happy with smiling people and free thinkers. Instead of the internet and LCD TVs.
You?
