Yes, that's to do with the condition S.A.D, that many people get all through the winter - this isn't about the condition S.A.D as such, because even those who don't have that, they are saying this is the most depressing day of the whole year - just today.

I can't be bothered, it was just something on the news. I don't bother to get too serious over these kinda things and i am happy, so it goes against what they came up with anyway.

All it is, is that today is meant to be the most depressing day.

S.A.D. is a full on, right through the winter thing.
I didn't intend to get full on with this, was just a light post initially.

This isn't meant to get all heavy - as I have said before.

Just a bit of a laugh about whoever came up with the idea for 21st January.
