Hey, I'm chillin' like a rat in a cheese factory :D

I see no problem with all mods reading this. I haven't gone ape-shit and cussed out everyone. It's just a gentle reminder from a concerned forum member.

I'm not naming names. No ones should feel singled out here. But it is something I wish mods to think about. All for the good of all OTz'ers :)
I pointed out the PM's because based on the timing, I'm pretty sure I'm on that list. Even though, as I told your friend, I gave the EXACT same warning to the other people involved.

Hey, if you wish to point yourself out, who am I to stop you?

I don't wish to get into arguments, debates, or any disputes. I just wish to let it be known that this stuff does go on, and to remind those of their actions.

Now others can voice their opinions either way, yet I've done what I wanted to do.

Honestly mate, I like you, and I'm sure we both have a common interest of making this forum a fun environment for everyone.

Is it actually mods/admins playing favorites? Or is it the same people breaking the rules?

I am just wondering, basically because none of you know what goes on behind closed doors here, and what level of integrity we are expected to uphold......

But you can trust me when I say that the bar is high, and for the most part this place goes pretty loosely modded most of the time. But when there is a huge influx of newcomers, then the attention level gets a little higher than normal.

Again, this is directed at nobody, just a general FYI.

it is certain, that past a certain, indeterminate point, that a forum can no longer exist as it previously did, such to an extent that only a few handful of moderators or those in higher ranks actually stay and attempt to preserve that which made said forum be as it once was. such efforts are futile, unfortunately, because a forum, after influxes of members, become flooded with ideas, concepts, opinions, that may or may not reflect the opinions of the moderating staff of the forums, therefore increasing tensions to a breaking point. this breaking point, as referenced in the opening statements of this explanation is reached many times, due to the turnover of moderating staff, as similarly experienced by a retail outlet store throughout the fiscal year. after a time, such breaking points are learned from by some of the original staff, and soon, the symbols of such issues popping up return, and therefore these senior staff members tend to shy away from the issue, unless they are part of, or are the only ones who can resolve the issue at hand. now, as some may have noticed, the influx of members may net new members, even as slightly senior to senior members decide that it has come to the point where they are either spending not enough time to keep up with the new dynamic content, or they are spending way too much time and are creating more issues than contributing worthwhile content to the forum. as it seems to me, this forum has experienced a few of these points as described above, and yes, i know i caused one of those points, that this forum is either going to become dormant, with most senior members leaving, if not all, and some of the moderating staff as well, or the senior members are going to continue having to deal with the ever-expanding amounts of individuals, contributing to the overall appeal, and dealing with the sometimes devastating issues that cause some members to leave, whether as part of the moderating staff or as part of the core or more recent core of senior members.

Great stuff, just wish you would have double spaced that:D

it is only my thoughts upon the recent issues, as well as from personal experience.
