What is a wallaby?
Only eaten Kangaroo before, never Wallaby, imagine it probably tastes the same.
Do they taste good?
We have them here too! A group was released into the wild in the 50's (I think) just north of here. We used to go up to the Roaches (part of the Pennines) and see them!

There's a few colonies of them around Britain, one at Loch Lomond in Scotland and one near Gatwick airport that I know of...as well as that one you just mentioned which I hadn't heard of before.

I have wondered what Koala tastes like! I've eaten Kangaroo, Crocodile and Emu so far out of your animal friends. At least I'm not as bad as "Bush tucker man!" His policy seems to be, if it moves, eat it!:24:
I think it might be better to wait until it's stopped moving before you try to eat it! Especially the crocs!!!!

Not tried that one yet, did have snails when I was over in France before but wouldn't recommend them, they were pretty tasteless but you couldn't get over the texture of them being snails, made me feel sick!:yukI've heard frogs legs taste like chicken though I can't imagine there's much meat on them!
Some frogs are really big and have a lot of meat. They do taste kind of like chicken.
I've got a stuffed cane toad which is the largest species of frog or toad, don't think one of them would be good eating though because the're poisonous!:willy_nilly:
Couldn't they just cut the poison out of them like they do with the blow fish?
The secret with snails is to purge the gut before cooking. You do this by keeping them on a diet of fresh greens (lettuce etc) for a few days. This disposes of anything they've eaten out in the wilds that may taint the taste!!
