9/20 too. I fail to see how there was a right answer to the combination of food which would taste nice though. Taste is a personal thing.
In culinary circles, certain foods compliment each other...sweet and sour, salt and vingar, etc...the white chocolate is very sweet and caviar is very salty...they too compliment each other
6/20 for me.
Actually these are the reasons they gave...
Pineapple & Soy sauce
Flavor chemicals
* Two flavors that go well together often have important chemicals in common
* Shared flavor chemicals usually make good food combinations
Chocolate & Caviar
* White chocolate and Caviar both contain high levels of Amines, which is why they taste good together.
* Amines are organic compounds containing nitrogen.
* Naturally occurring Amines include caffeine, nicotine and Quinine
Personally I'm not fussed on chocolate or caviar so the combination of the two would nothing for me.

18/20 ... though i have the advantage of having done one like this before....most of it is just paying enough attention
i said like...not this one...and actually it was the idiot test/game which i was talking about
though it took me quiet a few tries to beat that
it took me forever to do it ...and lots of remembering i will never play it again though

I got 12/20.
The questions went by too fast.
I found myself concentrating on it a bit out of the right corner of my eye a bit. I wonder if they do that on purpose, hence it being a 'senses challenge'?
