Biddy is only for an old female though, I guess we use geezer for an old man but it's "old geezer", geezer can mean a man of any age. Either that or call him an old fart.
Oh, do you only use biddy for women? We don't. see, the differences in the areas on the map in the same country huh?
For an old man, we say 'an old dear'.
The closer to London people are, the more I think geezer is used - I have never said that in my life.
Old dear is something I'd only use for a woman. You get even further into London and in some areas, old cunt to describe either old men or women is perfectly acceptable and a term of endearment!
