Um. Hard to describe. The å is a really long vowel sound, like the vowel sound in "boat", and the u is also long (so it sounds like "oo"). So it's pronounced something like Ho-koon... but the vowels are held longer than you would in English.

haha my bad, I just skimmed Lel's post, I thought he was talking about his puppies. :)

Naw, my puppies all have fairly English names. Bennet, Shaman and Keelta (which is Celtic, but whatevs). I only named Bennet, the other two were named by a friend (as they were her dogs before she moved).
