It's quite weird flying to the states because you can arrive there at a time before you left here...if that makes sense.

[rant] I'm trying to hook my entertainment system up and the stupid diagrams Cox gave me with the cable box only shows how to hook it up to a VCR. Who the fuck has a VCR anymore? I have a DVD player and a surround sound system and I can't figure this shit out to save me. I have it all hooked up where I can watch DVD's and I have the surround sound working, but not the G.D. cable! And of course Cox charges $31.95 for a tech assist visit. Fuck them! I've half a mind to call them and tell them to cancel my subscription and I'll just go back to leeching off my neighbor's wireless and using my cell phone only. Who needs cable TV anyway? [/rant]

Yeah, the guys did really well. But that one kid? The poor guy who was all happy about his mom? And she hung up on him when he got cut?! What a bitch. My mother's done similar, so I know how crushing that can be. Poor kid.
