Anybody in here eat Lamb?

Ive never had lamb but I would be open to trying it.

I tried elk last year and that was some good stuff!

Probably the best way to describe Lamb would be as a fattier yet at the same time more delicate meat than Beef.

My suggestion as the best way to serve lamb would be to buy a Leg of Lamb,season the meat by slicing some garlic cloves length ways ,puncture the meat in about 20 places and in some of the punctures place a sliver of garlic also adding some fresh Rosemary shoots in more of the punctures helps the flavour. Place in a roasting tin and put in the oven to roast at about 180degrees celcius for about 3 hours.

but to asnswer the origianal Question i have never had Lamb and if i can help it i will never eat it. just doesnt appeal to me.
