I would be absolutely bonkers too. Well, I think I will try and go for a walk. bbs, I apparently have been a bad person lately and that is making me feel guilty, I need to walk and think to figure out why.

As for walking to figure out what's up.. I do that while driving usually my care is the only my space I have..
