bench press... maybe 140-150 not too sure maybe more or maybe less
dead lift.... idk lol

i'm trying to pitch in money to join a gym, almost got enough :S all i got is the weights left over from home

running and you could also jump rope that kills me most days....

I can bench 250 but I weigh about 180 soo it's not that much I can bench I guess....:(
