I could prolly be talked into eating a cucumber roll and a bowl of salad with ginger dressing to boot! YUM-O!

I once read that eating foods with a lot of pepper could really help with colds and flus and general cruddiness feelings.

So I consumed a lot of cayenne pepper, Sprinkled it on every thing I ate for a week or so.

I can't swear that it made me feel better but it sure gave me a clean colon.
 
meh .. I had a bath and I feel a little better. I never did take anything though lol .. my face isn't quite as hot anymore though. I'm beginning to wonder if my blood pressure is acting up. I have really low blood pressure .. and if it goes up (to just normal) it bothers me sometimes. I really think it's just stress related. :)
 
Exercise can lower your blood pressure. And it's weird but just laying on your left side can help too! And of course lay off the salt!
maybe that's why mine is so low .. I only lay on my left side .. I never move either lol .. I lay in the same spot all night.

People have thought I died from my lack of movement during the night :24:
