I just realized i havn't really been able to talk about music all that much and it might help to know who's a musician here, what do you play, and how long have you been playing it.

Don't play an instrument. I like a wide variety of music but if I had to say my favorite I guess my favorite style is folk rock and my favorite band is Oasis. Music I hate, opera and pop idol style shit. Least favorite groups, too many to choose from but think along the lines of Spice Girls, Boyzone, Five and that kind of shit.

I guess i should say what i play.

k.....i have played piano on and off since i was 6.

Got my first real drumset when i was 12 and have been beatin on them since.

and got a acoustic guitar in grade 4....then an electric in grade 7 and been pluckin away at that since. And i just bought a 12 string


please dont take my saying that the wrong way. sometimes when i tell people my musical history they think im braggin. and thats really not what im trying to do.

I play bass and emcee.

I like Heavy Metal, Death Metal, Black Metal, Thrash, hip hop and etc man. Too much to list.

Least favorite would have to be country music.

never ever would i take that back my friend.

I will admit this though.......of all the MBRG (music based rhythm game) instruments out there, the most realistic one is drums. It only makes sense. plus i read that the creators of rock band said that if you can play the drums on expert and hard then you can pretty much play drums.

of course though the rock band drums only give you a general idea of the rhythm needed by all four limbs but lacks variety with different noises parts of the drum set can make.

I have don't musical talents really. I used to be on choir. I like hip hop/rap, rock, R&B anything on the radio and on tv. I used to be heavy into rap music.
