My dad called me last night and asked me where the compressor and all his tools were in the office.

I said when I went down there I didn't look so I don't know.

Turns out some numbnuts decided to steal it all. He was hanging out at the bar next to us one night and at SIX PM... wandered into our office and made a few trips taking his shit.

Then the guy sells it to a friend of my dads and the cops had already known about the stuff being stolen before my dad even noticed it.

We had it all back within 2 days, only noticed it was gone last night... :24:
 
So I find out Saturday night that my dad...


... gave this guy a job. *sigh*

Worked him all day saturday and Sunday, and actually came in monday to work with my brother.

Gee, rip the guy off and he gives you a job? wtf...

Oh well, he returned everything he took and got a job out of it. You know, instead of giving Kathy and I raises...

If he steals some more stuff he might get a raise.

Anyways, guess your dad is just trying to help him out. Might be worth a try.
 
I am complaining because I need a raise, but I'm not because it takes some of the "wire bitch" responsibilities off of me.

We call people who do building pre-wires 'wire bitches' because they're new and pretty much wire a building whether it's hot or cold outside.

Guess what he'll be doing instead of me?
