Sorry, seemed a bit serious to me.

I understand it's rather funny, but it's an honest mistake. It's doesn't clearly state, "Control of labor by persons under the age of 18 at an occupation". It just says "Control of labor". I don't hear people use labor in reference to jobs very much anymore, so I assumed it was the other meaning.

Ever hear of foster homes? They could give up the child to a foster home at birth and arrest the mother. It's not that crazy.
