This lady calls because she ordered an aircard and our T2 team still needs to install the software. She's pretty heated and the order has been in there since the 8th, so I decide to get the work order escalated.

I send the escalation and my supervisor emails me back asking me if I notice anything wrong on the ticket. I point out a couple minor things, but that was not was she was pissed about.

She is always getting on us about reading the notations. Sometimes a human will make a mistake, not see a notation and escalate when all they had to do was fix that one thing and everything would go through fine.

Anyways, she's yelling and making us feel stupid. Me and my co-worker Jessica. Jessica points out that their were two users on the request. When two users are on a request for assets, you must split the ticket to two tickets. One for each rep. Which is what happened. The blackberry was for the other user, not the lady in question. We pulled up his ticket and everything was fine with the order. So she basically yelled and screamed about us not reading everything on the ticket, then turned around and found out the only reason she is yelling is because SHE didnt read the ticket. Sorry if that was confusing.
