Do they alternate sports?

My boys play football in the fall and sometimes in the spring. My oldest plays basketball as well and swim team in the summer.

I think he'd be really good at track, but he is still in jr high so no track team yet.

I used to be good at football (soccer) as goalkeeper or left sided midfielder, I was also good at a back at rugby. When I was older I was a good 10K runner. These days I'm best at pool!;)

I am a rodeo man myself. My son isn't really old enough to play any organized sports yet, but he will eventually play baseball or football. He also wants to do some mutton busting when he gets old enough. Then I will introduce him to steers.

Mutton busting is where kids ride on sheep while the sheep tries to run around getting them to fall off. The object is for the child to stay on the sheep.

Minor league rodeo. :)

Mutton busting is where the kids do ride on the back of sheep instead of a steer or a bull. The kids can also use both hands to hold on to the sheep.

My oldest boy (7 1/2) plays baseball and loves it, he is quite the shortstop.

Kind of a chip off the old block. But he knows that if he does not want to play he doesn't have to to please me. I love him baseball prodigy or not.
