Have you guys ever been woken up from a dead sleep from a charlie horse in the back of your calf?
What pleasure it is :mad I just got woke up from an intense one that seemed to take forever for it to quit hurting. I couldnt make up my mind if it hurt worse to bend my leg or straighten it out.
Thats the first one Ive had since I was pregnant

Yeah, I mainly get them when I've had a lot of alcohol which dehydrates you. The worst I've had is when I'm having sex, just as I'm about to have an orgasm I can feel a cramp coming on, I know it won't if I stop but I can't and I know that when I cum I'm going to experience great pleasure and great pain at the same time. The prego wife gets them a lot, I get them after a night of drinking and or when i do more than usual...

thanks on the info on how to prevent them, until now, ive been feeling them coming on and i usually proceed to move my foot in order to let them come on and get the pain over with lol

a few weeks ago the wife got one, i laughed a little bit at her (i was drunk hehe) only to get one myself about 2-3 minutes later... karma

Yeah, I've got some of them before too. Was wondering what the heck was up with that.

Happened a few times while working out at the gym or sometimes as I reached to car about to get in following. Hurts like a fuck. Sometimes it helps to stretch up on your toes like if you're doing a calf stretch extension to stretch out the muscle.

Happened other times also maybe just lying down on couch. Happened also during sex and it was the weirdest thing. Was like WTF but I went on like a true champion....the show must go on. LOL. It's a real fucked up thing to happen tho 'specially when gettin on the good foot.

I think maybe it has something to do with diet and/or stress tho. Soons as I upped back on the the multi-vitamins and stuff haven't gotten it in a while.
