yeah that's what he sleeps in at night and for naps, b/c he doesn't like to sleep on his back. And it doesn't get him to stop crying unless i leave him there alone for like 20 minutes.
I tried telling her this before. As long as he is comfortable, fed, dry and healthy... put him in his swing close the door and let him cry for a while. It's ok if he cries for a while, it won't hurt him a bit.
Take 15 minutes and regain your sanity.I'll be home soon to relieve you. You can take a short drive or walk if you want. But you need to get out of the house if your going crazy. Put him in the stroller and go for a walk, he'll quiet down for ya.
the thing is, he's been fed for the past idk how many hours! he just won't stop eating today...and he only slept this afternoon for MAYBE an hour. The only way he'll quiet down is if i feed him. So please come home so he can stop crying and i can stop crying and i can get out of the apartment.
I actually just shed a tear reading all of that. You 2 are awesome. This is the rough time right now... but it does get better.
I know its hard Alicia, to sit there and listen to your baby cry. I remember wishing mine would be able to just TELL me whats bothering them. Sometimes babys are just fussy... and theres nothing you can do other then the normal, changing the diaper feeding, holding. I think sometimes babys just want to be left alone. Your doing everything you can Alicia...hang in there. Take some time out when Tim gets home. Take a bath, go for a ride, take a walk... just do something by yoruself-for yourself. <hugs>
Quit telling lies... Just keep this in mind. This will be the easiest time of raising your child, hands down.
