I dont get the whole numbers thing...and the whole movie thing. Thats pretty much all of it right?

Basically just pick a number 1-25, and that's what order you are. Once everybody gets a number, we'll start picking movies in order of who picked what. So say Veronica picks 1. She picks a movie first, then the next person, and so on. Better? Sorry if it's confusing, haha.
