My first apartment was 335 a month for a one bed one bath apartment.

My second apartment was 490 a month for a two bed two full bath apartment.

I'm not divulging my mortgage payment, because then you'll be jealous of how little i actually paid for the house, and how low my interest rate is.

We know what your reasoning is, but it's also pointless because you will never see an apartment complex simply raise prices in the middle of a contract.

HUH, raise prices?
Care to explain what you meant. :confused

Oh and btw, me and my wife live in a luxury apartment complex building. 2 bathrooms, 4 bed rooms, large living room and kitchen, they also allowed pets. Which we have, 8 cats, 2 rabbits and 2 ducks. How much is our rent? I wont say the actual amount, but its under 1,000.

We pay $1000 for rent in our 2 br 2 bath apt. It's really nice but i wouldn't call it "luxury"...to me luxury is like...a loft...with marble or granite countertops...we do have a huge ass jacuzzi tub and an attached garage though. I think it's what's in your home that makes it nice more so than what it looks like. We used to pay $900 here but after our lease was up we got bumped up to $1000 :( sucky. We are hoping to buy a new house within the next year, some REALLY nice 3 and 4 BR ones that are brand new that we've seen with escrow are like $1250/mo.

Well we live in a one bedroom council flat which is cheaper than private rent over here, because we're on income support we don't have to pay any rent but if we did it would be about £200 - £250 a month ($400 - $500). If it was private rent it would probably be about £400 - £500 a month ($800 - $1000)

I haven't rented anything in a while, but the last house I rented was a 2bd, 1 ba, living room, dining room, 2 car garage w/laundry room, large front porch, back porch , on a 2 acre lot for $525/mo UTL uncluded (except for phone).

Really wished I still lived there, I loved it .. but well, car wrecks do that sometimes lol. bitches
