First night back sucked

My first night back to work last night sucked! It was horrible. So many tragic things that I was about in tears the first 15 min I walked in the door.
But then by 2am.....there wasnt a soul in the ER. Its weird how that works. Its either all or none.
I would tell you all what tragedys happen but I dont wanna ruin yalls days by the sad storys. I just wanted yall to know my first night sucked and my foot looks like it swallowed a melon and it hurts!:mad

I didn't go through any tragedies, but my first day back from my week off in June was horrid too. lol

I'm sorry to hear there were so many tragedies and that your foot swelled back up. Ouch! Do you have to work again tonight?

can you wrap your foot in an ace bandage before it swells up?

I went to bed earlier with it propped up on a pillow and an ice pack tyed around my foot. Im fixing to go back to bed, I had to get up to get another one, that one melted lol
