Anyone play any realtime strategy war games like red alert, RA2, generals... etc?

I just got finished with possibly one of the most awesome games.

I played as China against two GLA and two USA teams, all working together against me.

Well I ended up building 12 Emporer tanks (twin cannon huge ass things with chain guns on em) All of them were 3 stripes by the end of the game.

I took over 3 bases and had every superweapon.

Nuclear bombs, Ion Cannon and the SCUD storm.

I had every special infantry unit from all three sides; Colonel Burton, Jarmen Kell, and the black lotus.

I basically had the power to blow up anything, steal money, steal buildings and kill basically everything with these three units.

Over 1000 kills. All the infantry that kept getting sent right into my gattling cannon. Makes you wonder what the fuck the other generals are thinking.

Of course it's only a computer, and the sad part is if all these were even on Medium... I'd be gone in 10 minutes. lol

I miss playing generals. Once my mate and I played about 5 hours straight after I finished work...........he was a lot better than me though

I think I suck, but I've only lost once to a medium computer. They were frikken relentless.

Well my mates tactic was to be the Chinese Infantry General, or something like that. He would then create quite a few barracks to create loads of soldiers. Once he had what he felt was enough he would send them off to attack me.......he new I would be trying my best to set up my defenses first..................damn being predictable

For me, the only way I could beat the computer was to make sure my defenses were good enough and then try to keep my funds going so I could afford the top goods

Couldn't help but notice you lost guys James. That's never a good thing in combat.

I just wish I could find my Zero Hour disk...

It's war, casulties are almost guaranteed. It looks like you played it for about a half hour, I drag my games out until I know I can beat them, and then just blitzkrieg their bases.

I love playing as the China tank general vs a medium US air force general.

I hate not having my Zero Hour disk, because I don't get to choose a specific general to be, which blows. I liked the US laser general because those patriots kick ass!

yes the laser patriots rock. they actually kill infantry too.
