Funny you should mention it. My old History teacher actually drove a car called The General Kearny. In case you don't know, Kearny is a NJ General who fought alongside Grant in several battles

Besides, the only reason General Lee is so popular is the Southern "Lost Cause" myth. That myth basically explains that the South was fighting against northern oppression. So basically, General Lee is the equivalent, maybe superior to George Washington.

Lets not forget who won the Civil War. But I understand, General Lee was one of the most brilliant leaders in the history of mankind. Grant still won.
