I had noticed her absence, but thought it might be due to the minor surgery she was having to remove a suspicious mole/freckle...I've kept her in my thoughts, and prayers hoping that she will receive only good news.

Yep. But knowing him, I think golf is a more likely explanation for his absence...

Awww thanks guys for thinking of me.

I am taking a double class load (as usual) and the homework has me swamped. I also had my surgery yesterday, which has me a little drugged up and tired. Thank you so much for the prayers.

The Lord was with me during my surgery and I must give Him much praise, because as I lay there on that table and the doctor begun sticking the needles into me repeatedly, I meditated and focused on Christ and prayed to Him and let me tell you ... I did not feel an ounce of pain. I did not feel the pain of the needles entering my body at all. My husband sat and watched in surprise as I did not even flinch at what the doctor was doing to me. It was pretty amazing.

My skin feels tight around the incision, but all is going well. The pathology report should be available in about 5 days and I have faith that it will be benign.

If I disappear again, it is due to homework. I should be doing it now, but I just really needed a break from it!
